All registrations must be submitted no later than THE DEADLINE NOTIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH COURSE.
Cancellations and Amendments
The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on the cost of your booking, as shown below:

In the event of an individual named on the booking form cannot attend, we will accept substitution of another person on the condition that written notification of the substitution has been received by us prior to the course date.
Once a student is enrolled on a course and a credit is allocated this cannot be cancelled or transferred.
The person booking the course credit is responsible for ensuring that the enrolled candidate completes the course.
If the individual named on the booking form is unable to attend, and cannot or does not wish to transfer their place to another candidate, a 90% of the fee paid may be accepted as payment towards a spot on another course that takes place during the 8 weeks summer school.
In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto a course 137º Ceramic Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.
We will be able to inform all participants 7 full calendar days before the course if the course is due to take place or not. In the event of cancellation of a course by 137º Ceramic Art Studio due to force majeure after it has been priorly confirmed, we will endeavour to announce you as soon as possible and all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another 137º Ceramic Art Studio Course.
137º Ceramic Art Studio shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation, etc.
