Create your Cup

Create your cup in this workshop using the slab and pinch techniques. These are one of the first methods used by humans to create clay objects. Simple, relaxing, and intuitive as you will work mainly with your hands and a few tools that we will teach you how to use.

After building the main part of the cup, you will make a creative and unique handle. In this workshop, you’ll work with stoneware clay, known for its durability and versatility – perfect for cups that can withstand microwave use and dishwasher cycles. You’ll get to leave your personal mark, adding textures and colors that make each cup uniquely yours.

A couple of weeks after the workshop, we’ll bring you the finished, glazed cups, ready to be a cherished part of your daily routine. These cups are more than just vessels; they’re reminders of a uniquely creative experience shared.
