How to Book a ‘Ceramics with Friends’ Workshop

  • Let us know which experience you wish to book and for how many people, as the cost per person varies depending on the number of participants (we offer discounts for larger groups).
  • Specify where you would like to carry out the activity: at our Baix Montseny studio or at a space provided by you.
  • To organize your activity, please indicate the desired date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on our availability. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure we can reserve it for you.
  • To book the experience, we will send you a payment link where you will need to pay the full cost in advance.
  • Once the payment is made, you will need to send us your full name and the number of your ID (DNI or NIE).
  • With this, your experience is booked and confirmed.

Change Policy

Up to 2 calendar days before the event, we can accept:

  • The inclusion of more participants, paying the corresponding cost difference.
  • Date changes (if the new date is later than the one initially agreed upon).
  • Changes in activity.

Cancelation policy

To cancel a confirmed workshop, it is necessary to send the request via email. Cancellation charges will be determined based on the cost of your booking and will be applied as follows:

  • Up to 14 calendar days before the date: 100% refund, minus an administrative fee of €20.00.
  • From 13 to 7 calendar days before the date: 60% refund, minus an administrative fee of €20.00.
  • From 6 to 2 calendar days before the date: 40% refund, minus an administrative fee of €20.00.
  • 2 or fewer calendar days before the date: No refund will be made.
  • Failure to attend: Will be considered as a late cancellation, with no right to a refund.
  • In case one or several members of the group cannot attend, we will allow their substitution by other people.
