How to book your teambuilding event

  • Write us what activity you want to hire, for how many people* and on what date and time.
  • We will tell you how to book and confirm the activity, paying the full cost to the account number we will provide you.
  • Once the transfer has been made, you will have to send:
    • proof of payment
    • along with your full name
    • and your DNI or NIE number
  • Next step, you will receive a confirmation email with the receipt of your payment, and we will start to prepare everything you need for the activity.

 

*Please note that the cost of the activity per person varies depending on the number of participants. Also, check the characteristics of each activity in part as they allow a different maximum number of participants.

Modifications policy

Up to 14 days before the event we can accept:

  • to include more participant(s), paying the corresponding difference in cost
  • changes of dates (if the new date required is later than the initial date)
  • changes of activity.

Cancelation policy

All cancellation requests for an already confirmed event must be received by email.
A cancellation fee will be applied according to the cost of your reservation, as shown below:

  • Up to 21 calendar days prior to the date – 100% refund less a €20.00 administration fee.
  • Up to 14 calendar days prior to the date – 50% refund less a €20.00 administration fee.
  • Up to 7 calendar days prior to the date – No refund will be given
  • No-show – Treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be given.
  • In the event that a(some) person(s) in the group is(are) unable to attend, we will accept the substitution of another person(s).
