WORKSHOPS SUBMITION DEADLINE AND RULES<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”60px”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]All registrations must be submitted no later than THE DEADLINE NOTIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH COURSE.<\/strong><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”grid” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]Cancellations and Amendments<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • All requests for cancellations, must be received in writing.<\/li>\n
  • Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation being received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The appropriate cancellation charge will apply based on the cost of your booking, as shown below:<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]Calendar notice prior to the course date and applicable refund:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Up to 14 full calendar days prior to the course date <\/strong>– 100% refund minus an administrative fee of 10,00 \u20ac.<\/li>\n
    • Up to 7 full calendar days prior to the course date <\/strong>– 70% refund minus an administrative fee of 10,00 \u20ac.<\/li>\n
    • 6 to 2 full calendar days prior to the course date <\/strong>– 35% refund minus an administrative fee of 10,00 \u20ac.<\/li>\n
    • After 2 full calendar days prior to the course date <\/strong>– No refund will be given.<\/li>\n
    • Failure to attend<\/strong> – Treated as late cancellation and no refund given<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       <\/p>\n

      The person booking the course credit is responsible for ensuring that the enrolled candidate completes the course.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      If the individual named on the booking form is unable to attend, and cannot or does not wish to transfer their place to another candidate, a 90% of the fee paid may be accepted as payment towards a spot on another course that takes place in the same academic year.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]In the event of there being insufficient numbers booked onto a course 137\u00ba Ceramic Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      We will be able to inform all participants 48 hours before the course if the course is due to take place or not. In the event of cancellation of a course by 137\u00ba Ceramic Art Studio due to force majeure after it has been priorly confirmed, we will endeavour to announce you as soon as possible and all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another 137\u00ba Ceramic Art Studio Course.<\/p>\n
