2. What data we collect

Through our online store (WooCommerce) we collect the data you provide when placing an order or contacting us: first and last name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address. We also collect browsing data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not store your bank card details: payment is processed securely through our bank’s payment gateway (CaixaBank / Redsys) and that data never reaches our servers.

3. How we use your data

  • To manage your orders: processing, payment, shipping, returns and customer support.
  • To answer enquiries sent via our contact form or email.
  • To send you marketing communications about our pieces and activities, only if you have given us your consent.

4. Lawful basis

Performance of the sales contract, your consent, our legitimate interest in handling your enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

5. Who we share your data with

  • Delivery and courier companies (via Packlink: Correos, UPS, SEUR, FedEx, etc.): we share your name, address and phone number solely to carry out delivery.
  • Our bank: to process your payment securely.
  • Web hosting and maintenance providers, as data processors.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.

6. International transfers

If your shipment is destined outside the European Union, your delivery data will be shared with the carrier in the destination country, applying the safeguards provided for by data protection regulations.

7. How long we keep your data

For as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of, restrict the processing of, and port your data, by writing to info@137degrees.com stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
