Veladura

Crafted in black stoneware and coated with a layer of porcelain, the surface fragments to create a crackled texture reminiscent of natural processes of erosion or transformation. Accents of gold luster, applied in a third firing, introduce points of light that activate the piece without disrupting its balance.

More than a functional object, the work stands on the threshold between vessel and sculpture, where the gesture is restrained but the matter remains in tension.
