Collections

This section gathers a selection of completed works and commissions, created for specific spaces and individuals.

These pieces have found their home in the world and are part of private collections and interior design projects.

We present decorative objects and ceramic murals conceived in dialogue with the architecture, the environment, and the identity of each space. Each project is handcrafted, honoring our artistic voice and the natural pace of the ceramic process.

Beyond the final result, each commission is a process of listening and collaboration, where the work adapts to the space it inhabits without sacrificing its artistic integrity.

This section will grow over time, showcasing new projects, commissions, and collaborations for public and private spaces.

If you are interested in developing a ceramic piece for a specific space, we would be delighted to hear from you.

WORK

InterContinental Barcelona

Ceramics in Dialogue with Space (2021)

The 2021 project for the InterContinental Barcelona comprises a series of ceramic interventions specifically conceived for various spaces throughout the hotel.

The centerpiece is a large-scale ceramic mural—an installation spanning an entire wall. It consists of a collection of individual forms that complement one another to generate an organic, dynamic visual rhythm, creating an immersive composition where every element engages with the next.

In addition to the mural, we created sculptural ceramic objects for the lobby, reception, lounge, and the Presidential Suite, all designed to integrate subtly into the hotel’s architecture and atmosphere. The works are crafted from high-fired stoneware, with select pieces executed in terracotta to create a deliberate interplay of texture and materiality.

The project was developed by Manuel Estévez, Evan Powell , and Dalia Sofronie. It is a collaborative effort in which ceramics function as both a sculptural and narrative element within the hotel environment.

Hotel SIRO Montenegro

Ceramic Installations (2024)

The 2024 project for SIRO Montenegro includes two wall installations conceived for the hotel’s reception area and spa, designed as contemplative and sensory works of art.

The first installation, titled Memorias del viento (“Memories of the Wind”), measures 2.5 × 0.7 meters and occupies the reception wall. The piece evokes impermanence, constant change, and the continuous transformation of life, suggesting fluid and persistent movement through the repetition and variation of ceramic forms.

The second installation, measuring 2 × 2 meters, symbolically represents the four elements—air, fire, water, and earth—as a tribute to the essential forces that make life possible. The composition seeks a balance between matter, energy, and space, in harmony with the introspective character of the spa environment.

The pieces were crafted primarily in stoneware, with the minor incorporation of porcelain, and fired entirely at 1250 °C, reinforcing the material solidity and expressive depth of the ensemble.

Both works were created by Dalia Sofronie.
